Information updated

Bezbog Hut is a five-storey building on the shore of Bezbog Lake in Pirin, at about 2,240 m above sea level. The first hut was built in 1960 west of the lake and was destroyed by an avalanche in April 1971. The new building was started on safer ground north of the lake, and its construction took nearly ten years.

The hut offers 104 main and 8 extra beds in double rooms, a six-bed and a four-bed room, apartments and tourist dormitories. Most rooms have their own bathroom, and the dining hall serves breakfast and lunch. Since 2006 the hut has been run by the owners of Hotel Dobrinishte, and it is open all year.

The hut is a starting point for climbing Bezbog Peak, about 50 minutes away, for Polezhan Peak and for Popovo Lake. A chairlift opened in 1989 links the hut with Goce Delchev Hut.
