Eledzhik Hut was built in 1965–1966 by tourists from Pazardzhik and was thoroughly rebuilt and modernised in 1974. It stands in the Novakovi Polyani locality, north of Novakovets Peak, at an altitude of 834 m.
The solid two-storey building is abandoned, and in 2011 only ruins of it remained. The site is reached from Tserovo village in about 2 h 30 min, or from Mirovo railway station and Muhovo village along marked paths in about 3 h.
