Esperanto Hut

Esperanto Hut is located in the Karanova Livada locality on Vitosha, at about 1410 m above sea level. It was built in 1959 by Bulgarian Esperantists and the Forest Parks administration of the Sofia City People's Council to mark the 100th anniversary of the birth of Dr. Ludwik Zamenhof. The building is small and solid, and is also known as "the hut with the tiles".

From the hut, Kamen Del hut is about 15 minutes away, Momina Skala hut about 20 minutes, the Boyana Waterfall about 30 minutes, and Kopitoto and Zlatnite Mostove about 40 minutes. From the Boyana district the walk takes about 2 hours.

As of 2021 the hut is not operating, and tenders for leasing it had been held earlier.
