Gerginitsa Hut

Gerginitsa Hut is located in Eastern Rila, in the Gerginitsa locality in the Dolna Banya resort, at about 830 m above sea level. It is managed by the Ibar Tourist Society of Dolna Banya.

The complex includes a solid main building and seven seasonal bungalows with a total capacity of 60 beds. The main building has indoor toilets and bathrooms, while the bungalows have outdoor toilets. The hut has a tourist dining room and kitchen, a lounge area with a fireplace, a training room, a sports ground and a ski slope, as well as a car park.

From the Dolna Banya rest stations the hut is about 15 minutes on foot, and from the town about an hour and a quarter. Venetitsa Hut is about 2 hours away, Belmeken Hut about 5 hours 30 minutes, and Zavrachitsa Hut about 9 hours.
