Gramadliva Hut is owned by the Hemus tourist society of Veliko Tarnovo and has a capacity of 40 places. It has floor-level sanitary facilities and bathrooms, local heating, a tourist dining room and kitchen, a buffet, a hall, a library, a study room, a sports ground and new gazebos. Internet and TV are available.
The hut is a point on the European E3 trail (Kom–Emine). It is about 1 hour on foot from the top of the Pass of the Republic along a 3 km dirt road, and about 3.5 hours from Krastets railway station. The Stariyat Balkan tourist camp (the former Himik hut) is 30 minutes away and Predel hut is 45 minutes away. The ski base with a lift is about 10 minutes away, and nearby are the Gramadliva eco-trail and Mandrata Lake with a rest area.
