Hubavets Hut is a massive two-storey building with 60 places, located in Stara Planina at the confluence of Malka reka and Stara reka, on the trail from Karlovo to Vasil Levski Hut. Accommodation is in rooms with 2, 4, 5, 6, 10 and 14 beds. The hut has a water supply, electricity from a small hydroelectric plant, a bath, indoor and outdoor sanitary facilities, a tourist kitchen, a dining hall and a bar. It is heated with solid-fuel stoves and central heating.
From Karlovo to the hut it is about 2 h on a marked trail. From it, Balkanski Rozi Hut is about 40 min away, Vasil Levski Hut about 2 h and Ambaritsa Hut about 4 h. The hut is also a starting point for Golyam Kupen Peak (about 4 h) and Botev Peak (about 6 h 30 min).
The hut is not currently operated and is offered for lease.
