Iglika Hut

Iglika Hut is a three-storey building in the Shirokite Polyani locality of Osogovo Mountain, about 11 km from Kyustendil by asphalt road. It offers views of the Kyustendil Valley, Rila, Pirin and parts of Osogovo. It is run by the Osogovo Tourist Society of Kyustendil.

Construction began in 1943 as the holiday base "Bankov Dom" of the Kyustendil People's Bank. In 1965, after expansion, renovation and furnishing, the building was declared a tourist hut under the name "Iglika". Today the building is renovated and has family rooms with two, three or four beds and a private bathroom, a restaurant with a terrace, a bar, a heated outdoor pool and parking. It operates year-round.

Nearby are the Studen Kladenets locality (1 km), Osogovo Hut (6 km), Trite Buki Hut (9 km) and the village of Bogoslov (6 km). The hut is about 7 km from the Osogovo ski centre.
