Izvora Hut is a two-storey building in the Izvora locality in the Slavyanka (Alibotush) mountain, about 6 km southeast of Petrovo village, Blagoevgrad Province, along the asphalt road to Goleshovo village. The building is a former border outpost. The area was part of the border zone with Greece and was for a long time closed to tourists.
The hut is one of the main starting points for visitors to the Alibotush border mountain, together with Slavyanka Hut. About 15 minutes on foot away is the karst spring Izvora, the source of the Petrovska River. It is about 15.5 km to Slavyanka Hut via the Parilska saddle, and a blue-marked trail to Gotsev Peak starts about 3.5 km east of the hut.
