Composers Hut (Red Riding Hood)

Composers Hut, also known as Red Riding Hood and as the Composers Creative House, is located on Vitosha at 1,446 m above sea level, not far from the Zlatnite Mostove area. It was formerly a holiday home for composers. The building was completely renovated in 2020 and has welcomed tourists since then.

The hut has 12 beds and 2 extra beds, in one double, two triple and one quadruple room and in the entrance hall. There is a shared bathroom with two toilets and one shower. Heating is by electric radiators and, in winter, wood stoves. The small dining room has three large tables seating about 20 people, with grill dishes, soups, salads and drinks on offer, and card payment is possible. Wi-Fi is available. The hut is open year-round.

Nearby are the Vitosha BNR Creative Lodge (about 8 min), Pancho Tomov Hut (about 10 min), Malinka Hut (about 20 min) and Edelweiss Hut (about 40 min). Yavorova Polyana is about 20 minutes away, and Cherni Vrah about 3 hours.
