Kongur Hut

Kongur Hut is located in Belasitsa, at the foot of Kongur Peak, at about 1,280 m above sea level. The building is the former Kongur border post.

Kongur Peak (1,951 m) rises on the main ridge of Belasitsa, east of Punkova Skala and Radomir Peak, and the Bulgaria–Greece border runs along the ridge. The hut is one of the starting points for the ascent of the peak, alongside the town of Petrich and the Belasitsa Hut.
