Minzuhar Hut was built in 1934 with volunteer labour and donations from skiers and tourists. It was originally called the Ski Hut and was run by a ski club in Ruse. Today it is maintained by the Prista Tourist Society in Ruse.
The building has two storeys, with indoor sanitary facilities and showers, solid-fuel stove heating, a tourist dining room and a kitchen. It stands in the forest by the Obraztsov Chiflik locality, about 15 km south of Ruse. From Obraztsov Chiflik it is reached by a marked trail in about 30 minutes.
Nearby are Zdravets Hut (about 30 min), Rusenski Lom Nature Park (about 1 h) and Lipnik forest park (about 1 h 30 min). The surroundings also include a circular route among centuries-old oaks, called the Giants' Trail. In November 2024 the hut marked its 90th anniversary.
