Mladost Hut is a massive three-storey building with an attic in the Preslavska Mountain, in the Nikola Simov-Kuruto locality northeast of Mladost peak, at 618 m above sea level. It was built in 1965 and is managed by the "Nikola Simov" tourist society. In 2006 it was modernised with funds from the "Forum" programme, and a major renovation was carried out in 2010. The hut has a tourist kitchen and dining hall, a shop, its own central heating, a common room with a fireplace, Wi-Fi and a car park, and it offers a panoramic view of Targovishte.
The nearest village is Prolaz, and an asphalt road leads to the hut from the villages of Strazha and Cherkovna. Sokolite Hut is about 20 minutes away on foot, the Krumovo Kale locality is about 40 minutes, the Hunting Park in Targovishte is about an hour, and Prolaz Cave is about two hours.
