Pancho Tomov Hut is located in the Fonfon locality on Vitosha, at about 1,487 m above sea level. It was built in 1927 right next to the much larger Fonfon hut, which burned down in 1968 and left no trace.
In the 1930s the hut was called Lunichka, and it was later named after an enthusiast who helped build it. It was intended as a place of rest for people with impaired hearing. In 2011 the hut had a small heated dining room and no sleeping rooms, and it mainly served hot drinks.
Nearby are the BNR Creative House Vitosha, Malinka Hut (about 5 min) and Chervenata Shapchitsa Hut (about 15 min). From Zlatnite Mostove it is about a 15-minute walk.
