Shadiytsa Hut

Shadiytsa Hut is a massive three-storey building with 60 places, located at about 1150 m above sea level in the Rhodope Mountains, between the towns of Madan and Zlatograd. The building has running water and electricity and is heated by a local central heating system. The hut has a restaurant, a winery and a lobby bar, and the rooms have a bathroom and toilet.

Nearby is Shadiytsa Peak (about 1200 m), a gentle ridge of green meadows surrounded by spruce, fir and beech forests, offering a wide panorama. The hut is open year-round and is reached by a dirt road suitable for a passenger car.
