Srednogorets Hut is located in Sredna Gora, in the Chemerikata locality, at the southern foot of Malak Bogdan Peak (1532 m). The complex includes a solid three-storey building and seven wooden bungalows, the bungalows operating only in summer. The hut is maintained by the Srednogorets '96 Tourist Society from Bogdan village, Karlovo municipality.
The building has central heating, a tourist kitchen and dining room, sanitary facilities with showers, and a bar-restaurant. Around it there are a sports ground and a barbecue area. Malak Bogdan Peak is about 20 minutes away. Trails lead to the hut from Bogdan village (about 4 h), Starosel and Klisura (about 6 h) and Karavelovo village (about 6 h 30 min). The Chivira and Fenera huts are nearby.
