Karlovo Tourist Hostel is located at 33 Vodopad Street in the town of Karlovo, about 500 m north of the centre, and is run by the Vasil Levski Karlovo 1902 Tourist Society. It occupies the first two floors of a massive, reconstructed building.

The hostel has 48 beds in rooms of 2, 6, 11, 12 and 18 beds, a tea room with a dining area, two toilets and two bathrooms. Heating is by electric stoves.

The hostel is currently temporarily closed for major renovation.
