Hizhata Tourist House is a solid two-storey building in the Kaleto locality above Vratsa, at the foot of the Vratsa mountain. It was built with voluntary labour and funds from the people of Vratsa, to a design by architect Petar Dogramadzhiev, and opened on 8 November 1926. The building was restored in 2006.
The house is part of the Vestitelya complex, which is reached from central Vratsa by steep stone steps and walking paths. Over the years it has hosted entertainment events and general meetings of the tourist society, and hikers have stayed overnight there.
